In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the orin23 Platform is conditional upon meeting all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. orin23 strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21. Any account found to belong to an underage individual will be immediately suspended and all associated funds forfeited.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia and must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which use of the Services is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of orin23 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under guardianship, curatorship, or any other form of legal incapacity.
4. Self-Exclusion: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from orin23 or from any other gambling operator. Attempting to register during an active self-exclusion period constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
5. Mental Fitness: You must not register or place wagers under the influence of alcohol, controlled substances, or any condition that impairs your judgment or decision-making capacity.

To access the full range of orin23 Services, you must complete the registration process and create a Member account. The following conditions apply:

• One Account Per Individual: Each individual is permitted to hold only one orin23 account. orin23 employs device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and identity cross-referencing to detect duplicate registrations. Any account identified as a duplicate will be permanently closed and any balance therein forfeited without appeal.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Indonesian identity number (NIK or equivalent), email address, and telephone number. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your orin23 username and password. orin23 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your credentials. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Non-Transferability: Your orin23 account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party. All wagers and transactions must be placed by the registered account holder personally.
• Account Closure by orin23: orin23 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion if a Member breaches these Terms, engages in suspicious activity, or if required by applicable law or regulation.
• KYC Verification: Members are required to complete KYC identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. This includes submitting a government-issued photo ID (KTP, SIM, or passport) and, where required, proof of payment method ownership. orin23 will process KYC submissions within 24 hours on business days.

orin23 supports a range of Indonesian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following conditions:

1. Supported Channels: orin23 currently processes transactions via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and USDT TRC-20. The availability of specific payment channels may change at any time and will be reflected on the deposit/withdrawal page within the Member's account.
2. Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 for IDR transfers and $2 USDT equivalent for cryptocurrency deposits. No maximum deposit limit applies by default, though orin23 may impose individual limits for KYC or risk-management purposes.
3. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 for IDR transfers. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
4. Processing Times: Deposits are credited to your orin23 Balance within two (2) minutes on average following confirmation of the transfer. Withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) minutes during standard business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours may take up to two (2) hours to process.
5. Member Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that lawfully belong to you. orin23 will not accept deposits made on behalf of a third party. Deposits made from accounts in a name different from the registered Member may be reversed pending verification.
6. No Fee Policy: orin23 does not charge processing fees on domestic IDR deposits or withdrawals. USDT TRC-20 withdrawals are processed at zero Platform fee; standard network gas fees apply as determined by the TRC-20 protocol.
7. Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. orin23 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to a new or unverified payment method.

orin23 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated at the point of promotion:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available exclusively to registered orin23 Members who have completed the registration process and, where applicable, KYC verification. orin23 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on account history, deposit method, or residency.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier and qualifying game types are specified for each individual promotion. Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may hold only one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus is active will result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus and its associated wagering progress.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager placed. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). The specific contribution rate for each game category is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Abuse and Exploitation: orin23 maintains zero tolerance for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; wagering on opposite outcomes to reduce risk; employing automated betting systems or scripts to complete wagering requirements; and coordinating with other Members to systematically exploit promotional offers. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and all bonus-derived winnings forfeited.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the time period specified in each promotion, typically between seven (7) and thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the Member's account.
• Right to Withdraw: orin23 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already credited to Member accounts.

All wagers placed on the orin23 Platform — whether on sports markets, live casino games, slots, or any other product — are subject to the following general rules, as well as any product-specific rules published in the relevant section of the Platform:

1. Finality of Wagers: Once a wager has been confirmed and a bet ID issued, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Member. orin23 reserves the right to void a wager in cases of obvious pricing error, system malfunction, or evidence of match manipulation.
2. Odds and Prices: All odds displayed on the sportsbook are subject to change before a wager is confirmed. Mix parlay (accumulator) and voor bola (Asian handicap) odds are final at the time of bet confirmation and will not be amended after placement.
3. Sportsbook Settlement: Sports bets are settled in accordance with orin23's official settlement rules for each sport. For football markets, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures, settlement is based on the official result at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus stoppage time) unless the bet type specifically states otherwise.
4. Live In-Play Betting: In-play betting is available on selected events. orin23 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time if the integrity of the market cannot be guaranteed. Wagers placed during a suspension period will be voided and the stake returned.
5. RNG Games: All Random Number Generator (RNG) slot and table games on orin23 are supplied by certified providers whose RNG systems are independently audited for fairness. orin23 does not alter or influence game outcomes. Results are determined solely by the certified RNG of each game supplier.
6. Disconnections: If a Member's internet connection is interrupted during a live casino session or RNG game round, orin23's server-side records will be used to determine the outcome of any affected round. The Platform is not liable for connection issues arising from the Member's device or internet service provider.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the orin23 Platform. Any Member found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different identities, device profiles, or IP addresses.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or any other non-human method to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with wagers placed on orin23.
• Using the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or conduct any other activity prohibited by applicable law.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Members.
• Accessing another Member's account without authorisation, or attempting to do so by any means.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your orin23 account to any third party.
• Placing wagers as a proxy on behalf of a third party who is themselves ineligible to use orin23.

All content on the orin23 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphics, game interfaces, odds data, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of orin23 or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the orin23 Platform or its content without prior written consent from orin23. Scraping of odds data, systematic downloading of content, or reverse-engineering of any part of the Platform software is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

orin23 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on orin23, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Collection of registration data (name, date of birth, contact details, identity documents) for KYC and account management purposes.
• Recording of all betting and financial transaction history for audit, dispute resolution, and responsible gaming purposes.
• Use of cookies and session data to maintain Platform functionality, personalise your experience, and detect fraudulent activity.
• Sharing of data with game suppliers, payment processors, and fraud prevention services strictly as necessary to deliver the Services.
• Retention of Member data for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with standard financial record-keeping obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, orin23 shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of — or inability to use — the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Services, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or any other circumstance beyond orin23's reasonable control.
• Any act or omission of a third-party game supplier, payment processor, or telecommunications provider that affects the availability or integrity of the Services.
• Any financial loss incurred as a result of gambling activities on the Platform, including but not limited to losses attributable to game outcomes, bet settlements, or changes in odds.
• Any unauthorised access to a Member's account where the Member has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits orin23's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

orin23 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, orin23 will notify registered Members via their registered email address or via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the orin23 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting our support team. Any balance held in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with Clause 4 of these Terms, subject to completion of KYC verification.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. orin23 operates as a Trusted and Secure Platform with SSL Encryption and provably fair game standards.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and orin23 arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to the following resolution process:

1. Informal Resolution: The Member must first contact orin23 support at [email protected] with a detailed written description of the dispute. orin23 will endeavour to resolve the matter within ten (10) business days.
2. Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved informally within ten (10) business days, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed neutral arbitrator. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
3. Finality: The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties and may be enforced in any competent court of jurisdiction.
